This place suits me perfectly and offers great amenities like a lovely outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay, proving their excellent service. I highly recommend exploring the beautiful gardens! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Great views of the gardens and the sea from my Superior Double Room. The enclosed terrace offered a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The breakfast spread had a good variety of hot and cold items, but the coffee left much to be desired. Staff at reception, especially Diego, were super helpful, providing tips on nearby attractions. the Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable during my visit, which was frustrating. Dinner service on the first night felt chaotic, and it took a while to receive basic things like water. The menu could have used more vegetarian options, especially since the only option was vegetable lasagne each night. Otherwise, the gardens were beautifully maintained, making for peaceful strolls. All in all, a mixed experience with some real highlights and areas to refine.

The breathtaking views overlooking the ocean and capital city are absolutely stunning! The breakfast buffet has a nice selection but service could be improved. Watch out for noisy rooms above the kitchen! 😅

Great option for a couple getaway
We had a spacious room with a private balcony where we could see the sea, a real bonus! ! The botanical garden was a surprising delight, beautifully maintained and a great spot to wander when we needed a break from the room.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

Beautiful sunrise views!
I had a lovely stay! The sunrise was out of this world, and I enjoyed a morning stroll in the garden. The staff were super kind and helpful, making everything feel special. Breakfast on the veranda was a nice touch. Just wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable during my stay.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this.
Stunning vistas and a captivating botanical garden impressed me most. The architectural brilliance of the property and a delightful breakfast strengthened my affection for this place.
Upon arrival, the lack of engaging staff left a cold impression, while insufficient evening entertainment made my stay feel somewhat isolated and lacking vibrancy.

The hotel has a lovely gym for workouts, and the rooms provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens and received helpful local tips from the friendly staff, making our stay even more enjoyable, especially with my sister around.
My wife says that the menu could use more vegetarian options.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a nice balcony with garden views. I enjoyed the breakfast served with fresh focaccia bread on the lovely veranda. the swimming pool felt small and uninviting, and the menu offered little variety, serving the same dishes daily. the staff could be more engaging, as they seemed indifferent at times.

The expansive botanical gardens were a lovely surprise and offered a fantastic spot for leisurely walks. Although slightly uphill and away from the main attractions, the hotel’s stunning views made for a picturesque stay, despite a lack of entertainment options in the evenings.
