The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay, proving their excellent service. I highly recommend exploring the beautiful gardens! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Staff at reception, especially Diego, were super helpful, providing tips on nearby attractions. the Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable during my visit, which was frustrating. Dinner service on the first night felt chaotic, and it took a while to receive basic things like water. The menu could have used more vegetarian options, especially since the only option was vegetable lasagne each night. Otherwise, the gardens were beautifully maintained, making for peaceful strolls. All in all, a mixed experience with some real highlights and areas to refine.

We had a spacious room with a private balcony where we could see the sea, a real bonus! ! The botanical garden was a surprising delight, beautifully maintained and a great spot to wander when we needed a break from the room.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
